While The Pool Doctor of Rhode Island was established as a pool service company in 1989, owner Ron Leclerc had been conducting business out of the back of his Camaro since 1987. And as the years went by, the business continued to thrive and the need for a retail store became apparent in 1994. So Ron and his wife Debbi opened their 1,200 square foot location and business continued to flourish.
In 2001, the company built and moved into its current 7,000 square foot location in Coventry to best accommodate their full supply of retail products, a fully-functioning display pool, portable spas and much more. This location not only represents years of hard work but also our long-standing presence throughout the state as the premier, full-service pool and spa company.
